Exclusively You Facial Clinic
At Exclusively You Facial Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional treatments. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
Treatments
We do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been carried out.
Results vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. A consultation is provided prior to treatment to ensure suitability and understanding.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your appointment and may only be transferred to another date if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will also result in a 100% charge.
Prepaid Treatments / Courses
Prepaid treatments or courses are non-refundable once purchased.
Unused sessions may be honoured within the agreed timeframe but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Products
We do not offer refunds on skincare products unless faulty.
If a product is found to be faulty, please notify us within 7 days of purchase.
Adverse Reactions
All treatments are subject to consultation and aftercare guidance.
If you experience any concerns following treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and advise. Refunds will not be issued, but appropriate support will be provided where necessary.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on treatments, deposits, or prepaid services.
